REVISION TO ADS ANTI-DOPING RULES - ARTICLE 20.3.2
Anti-Doping Singapore (ADS) has revised Article 20.3.2 of the ADS
Anti-Doping Rules as follows:
_20.3.2 No member of the TUE Committee, National Anti-Doping
Disciplinary Committee or National Anti-Doping Appeals Committee, or
any
employee or agent of ADS or any member of the ADS Board, shall be
liable
for: _
_ _
_(a) anything done or omitted to be done in the discharge (or purported
discharge) of his/her duties or functions pursuant to these Anti-Doping
Rules, or _
_ _
_(b) any mistake in law, fact or procedure made in the course of a
disciplinary or appeal hearing or in the imposition of a prohibition or
sanction under these Anti-Doping Rules, _
_ _
_except where such act, omission or mistake is shown to have been in
bad faith._
The amendments shall come into immediate effect as of 10 June 2011.
